Terms & Conditions

Pt. 1 Payment

Pre-payment is required. Payment methods include Credit & Debit cards, BACS, CHAPS etc. & cheque's. Credit may be made available to schools, colleges, NHS & Government offices by arrangement. Please contact us.

Pt. 2 Payment by Cheque

Please make cheque's payable to Notice Me. Fill out the form at the bottom of this email and send it with a copy
of this quotation or your official order form together with a note of the above quotation number.

Pt. 3 Payment By BACS

Please request our BACS details. Email or post a confirmation of your order requirement. Email us once the payment has actually been made so we can check for it's receipt 1-3 days after. Remember to let us have your delivery & invoice address plus telephone contact numbers!

Pt. 4 Delivery Time & Conditions

Delivery for the above item/s is approx 3 -5 days from receipt of payment. Occasionally we may exceed the estimated delivery date due to heavy workloads etc. While every effort is made to ensure orders are dispatched promptly, no guarantee of a particular delivery date or turnaround time is made.

Pt. 5 Delivery Terms

a) All deliveries must be signed for. Goods must be inspected at time of delivery, if the box or it's contents are damaged or marked in any way this must be noted on the couriers delivery note when signing for the delivery. Deliveries must NOT be signed for as "Unchecked". Any Delivery note marked "Unchecked", or any delivery signed for in good condition and later reported as damaged in transit, will not be replaced FOC.

b) Additionally, box contents must be examined and any obvious production faults must be reported within 2 days.

Pt. 6 Prices

Prices quoted do not form a contract, we reserve the right to amend prices or correct prices submitted in error.
All prices quoted are valid for 60 days.

Pt. 7 Acceptance

Acceptance of your quotation (i.e. placing an order) means acceptance of the above terms and conditions. Notice Me may decline any order without reason.
